Personal Services

This is just a list of a few of our most common services.

 

Diagnosis $0

Diagnosis is always free at Simply Computers. Bring your device and we will diagnose the issue then let you know what it will take to fix your device. You decide at that point whether you want to move forward with the fix or if you don’t then you can take your device back with no charge.

 

Upgrades (Price Varies)

We can upgrade your computer in many ways. We can install more RAM Memory, add a Solid State Drive, or upgrade to a newer Operating System (Windows, Linux, MacOS).

 

OS Reinstall $40

Is Windows freezing? Hard Drive failing? Hate all the extra stuff that manufacturers add to a computer? Let us reinstall your operating system, returning it to a clean slate.

 

File Transfers $20

Need Files moved? We can pull your files off of a hard drive or flash drive and move them to another device even if the device they currently are stored on isn’t working 100%.

 

Were you hit with a virus? Hackers trying to get in? Just need piece of mind over a pop up that may have appeared on your screen? Bring it in and we will scan your computer with some of the best virus scanners out there. We will make sure you don’t have a virus and show you how to protect yourself from further attacks.

Virus Check $35

 

Programs are getting more complex as time goes on.  If you want to make sure that your programs are installed correctly we will be happy to install and configure it for you.  Our fee is per program installed.

Software Install $20

 

Our most requested phone repairs are for screens and battery replacements. We keep most iphone screens and batteries in stock ready for repair. Making it so your repair will take an hour or less. However, we can repair most any component in an iphone and other manufacturers though these parts will require procurement and will make the repair take a few days until the part arrives.

Business Services

 

Basic

$0 - This tier is provided if you don't have a contract with us.

Provides:
- 1hr of remote or on site help: $35
- Each additional hour: $30
- All parts are sold at an up charge

 

Premium

$60/month - This tier costs $60 per month or $600 per year. Yearly gets you two months free.

Provides:
- 1hr of remote or on site help: $0
- Each additional hour: $20
- All parts are sold at cost.
Maintenance check once every two months. Must pay for two months in a row to get the maintenance check.

 

Elite

$150/month - This tier costs $150 per month or $1500 per year. Yearly gets you two months free.

Provides:
- Remote or on site visits*: $0
- All parts are sold at cost
- Will provide security suite at no additional cost.
- Maintenance check once every month.
* Sessions are considered 4hrs or less, except when special arrangements are made with Simply Computers.
